I go to Logee's once in awhile to look at their stock, but I always find that they are too pricey for me. :)

There's just not any where else (hardly) for such a variety of plants (shipping charges being what they are). Unless you know something ? :)

Hmm, I don't like the website for Peppers though the prices look nice, and Taylor's (at least one I found) says they open in March and remain till plants sold (june or so)...little limited in scope? However, thanks for the suggestions..I had never visited either.

Oh nice...I filled up a $45 cart at Taylor (kinda thinking not getting it this year though). Logee's still has more variety, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Taylor's plants more mature, though Taylor is also better priced(agree)!

Holy crap, I got the Logee's order today and everything was supersized. I gotta repot everything. The piccolo is a mature plant, as was the rex begonia, the tahitian gardenia was 4 foot high with a flower on it (in a 4 inch pot). The thunbergia is flowering size (but not flowering). The citrus in 2.5 was the puniest thing..and it's not puny.

This is the most mature plants I've ever received from them (or maybe anyone else)...they look great.

Must go mix potting soils and repot things....whew.

Ok, everything is sized up. I removed the mix from the roots on two of the plants, but not all. I had to go buy pots, was out of anything larger than a 4 inch.

The 4 inch gardenia went to an 8 inch. The 2 1/2 rex to a 6 inch, and the 2 1/2 primulina into a 4 inch. I think the citrus was put in a 4 also.

I love those ceramic pots! AND the plants of course. Really love that beefsteak begonia!!!!!

Ok, look how HUGE this thing is...can you believe it came in a 4 inch pot? And there is another branch out of sight.

Those are a mix of std and mini AVs below it for scale (if nothing else).

I moved it in because suppossed to get 41 tonight...and it may be cold sensitive.
