Our house a front gate and 2 garage doors. The previous owner had installed a genie receiver to the gate operator so a genie brand 3 button remote could operate all 3. We just replaced the gate opener and I was about to pull the trigger on another receiver.

Does anyone have a better solution? Genie seems to be the issue since they do not work well with others. I like the physical buttons in the car, but would be open to an app or online thing for visitors or family members.
