Hi All!

I'm helping out some family members with an aeroponic indoor plant system they've been working on in their free time. They've had a bit of commercial interest and have found 1 or 2 nurseries to partner with, but it honestly hasn't gotten much traction as a business.

I'm hoping there might be some folks out there with industry knowledge that could tell me if it's a pipe dream to get these carried in stores/nurseries or sold as a consumer product. All feedback is welcomed/appreciated (both good and bad!). I really haven't been able to gauge whether or not there's a big enough non-B2B/Enterprise aeroponics industry to build a business.

P.S. Since our website is a tiny bit out of date, one interesting side note is that my uncle/aunt who built the system are old aerospace engineers that worked on a project using aeroponic systems in space crafts to filter the air. They believe based on the available research that the system is approximately 300x more effective at filtering VOCs from the air than potted plants.

P.S.S. if anyone has advice on how to find nurseries/stores that might be interested in this sort of thing I'd love to hear from you as well!
