My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Floor tile may be cement | marrakech terrace | black + white by clé tile (as someone mentioned here earlier), or Oxford III of the Pacific collection in the Cement Tile Shop.

      [Pro mentioned on a different photo these are from Mission Tile, but this exact design isn't on their website. Closest is this, perhaps coloration was customized (to have only black and white, without gray)]
