And Steven's right--move the entrance to the top BR out flush with the wall on the left of the stairs, Then reconfigure the closets (possibly bringing the top wall on the stairs down, assuming there's enough head clearance).

You have a single, small, cramped bathroom with door swing issues for 3 kids that's far smaller than the master bath. Move the shared wall a bit.
