Yes, you are right to be disappointed with the seed mix-up, BUT you did end up with a plant with a beautiful flower.. Just like children, we don't always get what we hoped for, but we still love them anyway.. Enjoy!!!

I Wasn't disappointed with this one, I rather like it, My first three that bloomed from seed were all white. It looks like I have another bloom on a different plant, gonna be white again. When I looked at all the varieties I couldn't decide which I liked, so I went with seed to see what happened. I finally found a feature on Mr. Ko's web page, thought "I want that," and none are on offer. I saw the dark throat on A. somaliaense, so I have a dozen of those coming along for next year, I hope. I expect since they're not hybrids they will more closely conform to my expectation
