By how it looks could you guess the age of the tree

Looks like a year or two of growth from an older tree that was cut down low. Can you see any evidence of a thicker trunk at the bottom? If not, then it is just a very vigorous young mulberry with a bush shape to it. In any event it is probably Morus alba, and probably fruitless if it was planted intentionally.

No I don't think it was an older tree because my neighbor told me the old owners of the home planted it before they sold the house and it does give fruit but it's just that it was planted in one of the most bad location beside a drive way maybe that is why the shape is weird looking.

I think I figured out what it is i think it is a Dwarf Mullberry Tree what do you guys think?

Nothing dwarf about that mulberry. LOL!

I still think it has that form because of pruning of some kind. Those very long non-branching shoots are quite young and vigorous, not typical of a dwarf variety. If it bears fruit it is probably a seedling of Morus alba (unless the previous owners were savvy about non-traditional fruit and planted a fruiting cultivar), but it would normally grow with a central leader that would later develop into a trunk. It could even have experienced dieback from late spring frosts to get that shape (or come severely pruned from the nursery). My guess is that it will continue growing, and will eventually become a full sized tree after it figures out which shoot is tops!

I'm guessing CA neighborhood built in 50/60's.

Actually this neighborhood was built in 1990.

Agree that the long skinny branches/leaves resemble mulberry, but the last pic of the growth at the base is something else, probably a weed plant that's entangled with the mulberry?

Yea its some sort of berries that are viney and spikey that run along the bottom of the tree also there was grass here before so thats what you see that's brown and pointy.
