My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

GRRR!!!! Broken Machines!

I have two older sewing machines (Pfaff and Viking).
My SO broke the presser foot lift lever (it was plastic) on one, and the other is stuck in reverse.

I foresee some quality time finding parts and dinking with the innards coming up.

Fortunately I have service manuals for both of them. Not all the tools, but at least the manuals.
