Here's a larger picture of the house . Most my landscaping is new in front of the 2 windows except the middle palm. I have a arcade palm at the end which will grow to be pretty large. I'm trying to visually make the house appear shorter. You can't tell but the palm is planted in front of the house not to the side as it appears from this angle.

better or worse?

Maybe a planter under large window that matches the wood so it doesn't look so bare over there ?

or this look of course not with such a bright white
