Nice clean looking palm. Could pass for the more tropical Pritchardia palms.
Nice! I have one of those that seems to not mind our heat at all. I have latisectus also which looks almost like a large Rhapis.
You notice the Bizz to the left? He's got 2 or 3 of them in his backyard. He's a exoticist too with his yard having unusual plants.
