Looks like my cara when it arrived from Four Winds. The said they had deer problems. I think they should not send trees out like this unless telling what is coming. Did you contact the nursery? Your tree looks healthy otherwise. Still a young tree and will grow out of this. Supply lots of lights during winter months and water cautiously. Citrus hated cold and wet feet.

I actually ordered this from Williams Sonoma. They wouldn’t give me vendor info - but it may be Four Winds based on other reviews for their Italian lemon tree (which I actually received when I placed my first order for the Meyer lemon - so funny, I fell in love with it and couldn’t send it back and it didn’t arrive this way. It’s actually thriving). Thank you!
