I planted one in the spring of '16. We have CAR coming out of our ears and so far the candy crisp appears to have decent resistance. It still gets some orange spots but doesn't seem to succumb to the fungus completely. Wooly aphids appeared to leave it alone last year, too. Fortunately, I haven't had to deal with any other issues yet.

It has yet to put on any noticeable growth but I've observed that bare root transplants need at least two seasons in the ground getting roots established before they start taking off upward.
