Can we build this divider easily to any kitchen cabinets?

I don't see why not! I would suggest going back to your original cabinet manufacture and see if they can help you out. You can also purchase metal dividers that just screw into the box after the fact. If you are working on a new kitchen design make sure your designer incorporates some built in tray dividers for you!
