The 'shoot's' (spikes) are heading to the light. Move the plant closer to the window. Do not change direction of the plant. Put a stick or a mark on the front of the pot so you do not change direction of the pot. You can try to ease the spike on my left by using a soft twine and gradually try to straighten it. Don't force or the spike will break. You can do this slowly and gradually.

Training the spikes and keeping the direction of the plant constant, will give you a nice display of flowers. But, if my plant, I would move it closer to the window (near the African Violet).

The orchid is normally on the shelf above it the AVs. Must be too high compared to the incoming light of the window. I’m so short on space this year, I’m trying to find the best spot for every plant. Need more windows.....
