Anyone else have problems with the Wolf Induction Range?

We are on our 3rd Wolf Induction range. The first, we got in July and the oven never worked. The second, I suspect, was in working condition but the knobs were faulty. Now Wolf has replaced with a 3rd unit and the oven works great -- but we are getting error codes when using the right side of burners. E6 and E0. I was completely sold on the look of the Wolf and I love induction and do not want to go back to gas....is this normal? Is this unit just a lemon for the Wolf brand???? Would love anyone else's feedback on their experience.

Also, we have had electricians certify it is not our house (as Wolf first tried to tell me). The power source is in working condition and no poltergeists live in our house and are sabotaging it. I'm very disappointed! The last I hear from the Wolf customer service they told me I may just need to think about a different model (as if it's my fault this is happening!). I have been nice, but as we got the first range in July and it is now November, I've wasted WAAAAAAY too much time on their broken ranges!!!

Thanks in advance!

It is my opinion that even Wolf gas ranges were overpriced for what they were and to think a gas range maker will make great induction ranges is not always true.

I would just get my money back and go with something else.

I am at that point. It's very disappointing as we had custom cabinets and counters made for this specific range. Any thoughts on what to replace with?

I definitely do not want the gas fumes as I have young children and I have liked induction in the past as it's much cleaner. We have a gas well and our gas isn't as refined -- so more sooty. With a white chinoiserie kitchen -- the soot would really show in the way of greasy grime. I am wondering if Viking is better with induction? I've always heard horror stories about Viking but then again I am going on my 4th Wolf and would probably never buy from them again!

Just got my wolf induction range from Yale appliance in Framingham mass in Septembe,,, brand new and switched it on for the first time and got an error 9 with the power button on and the third burner controls blinking .. called Yale support and left a message and then wolf suport ,, they were not helpful and asked to call the technical support and repair .. they are coming out on thursday ... they told me over the phone that the wolf support has no. Error code 9 for the stove top just the oven .. right there that is a bit crazy.

Im hoping they are able to fix it ,, right now I wish I bought a gaggenau

Rustom, after these many months, how did it work out with your Wolf?

Wolff should recall all their induction cooktops. Mine has never worked properly. It cannot heat 2 burners at once correctly. Nothing wrong with my power.

Im on my second induction cooktop. ! Each one did the same thing. the units goes off and on by itself. without be touched . when its touched by the timer all burners flash and won’t go off no matter what you do. i was given the opportunity to purchase another exact same model and its doing the same thing again. i have sent videos of it malfunctions and they want to blame cookware. But it does this with nothing on it. i regret this purchase twice now. my countertop was custom cut for it and i don’t know what to do now. this always happens around a holiday!! Its on with the lock button on. i’m very upset with this unit. i need some advice.
