how do you clean glass where it overlaps?

I would like to install these but I am concerned about getting the glass clean where the door and glass wall overlap?

    The space is large enough to get a microfiber cloth in to clean. The top rail is harder to work around but being up high it does not need cleaning like the bottom half of the glass will. Enduroshield or a similar glass protectant is recommended.
