The tile in this bathroom is from American Olean and is a porcelain series called Avenue One, The color is Midnight Sky and the size is a 12"x12" tile. Unfortunately the manufacturer recently discontinued this series and there is no stock left at the factory. There is another porcelain series from Dal Tile called Veranda that has some very similar blue shades. It is available in a 13"x13" tile so this might be a suitable substitute for the Avenue One.
