I would agree that the shady area appears different from the sunny view. "Large" is a cop-out, from contractor, imo. A few questions:

1. Did you view examples on homes that the stucco contractor has done? If so, perhaps go back and see for yourself if this is as "normal" as he says.

2. What finish did you choose? Durock has many, and perhaps they all give different looks.

3. Is this an integral color, or is it painted? If painted, that could be the culprit.

4. Have you had recent rain/precipitation? That will cause stucco-especially new- to look really uneven.

Keep asking.

BTW- I think nothing I said would explain the "folds". Keep asking :)

Whats up with that roof? Wouldn't you normally roof before the sidewall's? So the water doesnt get behind whatever they call that on the sidewalls?

You must have used the same stucco guy I used. Its not the stucco its the installer.
