You can put a custom piece of plywood with cut-outs for each of your cans on a pullout with attached cabinet door. The little ones are help up by their rims. The big ones sit on the pullout and arejust steadied by the plywood. I've seen this--Europeans sometimes have 5-6 different categories. I hope the description is clear.

@Emily Nichols Grossi You may have found a solution, but figured I'd add one more idea. Options would also depend on your cabinet dimensions, but Rev-A-Shelf does offer a pullout with a composting option. It also has another larger waste can that fits in the rear of the pullout.
