My new dining room table just came and I am looking for a chandelier and rug. I am debating between an orb chandelier and the Celeste Chandelier from Pottery Barn. We are painting our dining room Stonington Gray by BM and putting picture frame wainscotting under the chair rail. I have not ordered a dining room sideboard/serving table yet. I wasn't sure if I wanted to match it to the table (which is Canadel) or get something else. I am leaning toward a matching sideboard.

I went to a lighting store yesterday and the designer stated that I should get a chandelier with a bronze tint to it as the nailheads on my chairs are gold (see attached) and to balance the dark table if it is the only thing light in the room. The dining room is off of my kitchen and basically a part of my living room. I am looking for suggestions for chandeliers (bronze vs nickel) as well as area rugs. Any design tips are welcome! Thanks!!!!
