Can't decide if I want to make it a sitting room, or put a pool table there, or actually make it a dining room? I entertain a little with family and friends, so I do need space. But I also have kids who love to have friends over. (ages 18,13, and 11) I'm not big on traditional house design. I'm geared to what works best for my family.
