My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Sorry just saw this. We went with metta. I LOVE it. It is more blue than minka. You can get it at DaVinci in San Carlos. It added a significant amount to the tile budget but it was totally worth it in my opinion!
