I don't have a bazillion stitches but on thinking about the ones I use the most besides the straight stitch is zig-zag, serpentine and blanket stitch. But even those aren't used often.

I've used about 7 or 8 stitches out of about 50 on my fancy Viking machine. I use them mostly for pillow covers and bags. But now that I'm better at FMQ and addicted to FMQ :-) I just quilt some feathers or swirls even for bags and small projects.

I use the Serpentine stitch quite often for quilting. Other than that, I've used the blanket stitch a few times. Once in a while I use different ones to machine-tack instead of quilting or tying. But you have to remember to use the stop button before the end of the one stitch or it will keep on going. Here's an example:

I've used the lettering to make labels and to write something dirty on an apron I made for myself but I can't show it here, I'd get kicked off the forum.

And when I do art quilts I use some of them.

Zero. I made a sewing machine cover using strips of fabric and I used a decorative stitch over each seam and it took forever. I don't do a lot of decorative sewing so I haven't used any of those stitches since. It is nice to know that my machine is capable of doing them though should something arise.

i use the decorative stitches for binding and I like the effects, but agree with FlamingO, it can take forever. I do like to experiment with the gazillion stitches, but I bet I've used 6, maybe 8, blanket being one of my favorites.V.

Don't have them so don't use them. I do have zig-zag on my main old piecing Kenmore and use it now and then.

I've use a couple on binding, but like the others, felt it took just too long.
