What rose is this?

I just purchased three of these rose bushes yesterday and planted them in my garden. I have no idea what variety they are. They are quite fragrant, and they have been imported from Syria. I don't think they are Damask roses, because those don't grow here in Dubai (USDA Hardiness Zone 11, AHS Zone 12). I would seriously appreciate any help I can get in what type they are and how to care for them.
