Thank you for your interest in our products.

We would like to inform you that we offer a cooling off period of 30 days, starting from the day of receipt. During this period, you may unpack and assemble the item to see if it is to your liking. You may also try it, similar to the way you would in a physical store, as long as you do not put it to actual use. As soon as you put the article to use, the cooling off period ends.

We strongly suggest you check the contents of the package directly after receipt. If the item is damaged or incomplete, let us know by contacting our customer service team.

If there are no quality issues with the item, but you are dissatisfied with it for any reason, you may also return it. This also applies to clearance and sale articles.

We have the following requirements for a return:

1. The item is complete

2. The item is in its original packaging and state

Please contact our customer service within 30 days to inform us of your wish to return (a part of) your order. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of having received the returned item.

We will send you the return labels and all you will need to do is take the product to a UPS drop-off point. Please do not send any items back to us of your own accord, as our returns procedure is free of charge, and allows us to keep track of the shipment through our courier’s systems.
