Door hardware

Can you tell me about the door hardware used here? The track is a side-mount. Are there two guides? Midway on the vertical and at the bottom? Is it possible to find this kind of hardware online? Or is through a dealer/distributor only? Thanks.

The hardware is by national hardware...Can get it at most hardware stores...There are two specific types...Box rail with metal rollers (loud) and round rail with derlin rollers (like skateboard wheels)...quite...Hope this helps. What looks like guides is part of the facade.
