I've missed you guys!!!

I've been off having what I guess is a mid-life crisis at 19--and I've been away from here and that blows. How are you and your violets?? How was Halloween and Turkey Day?

Here are some cute baby pictures for everyone:

Two no-ids from a friend--one will be periwinkle and one will be a frilled pink thing. I might just use them for cross experiments then give them away--we'll see.

Annnd my Chico, Monet, and Harlequin. Yaaaay! I also have a Gisela leaf I'm waiting to see babies from.

Plus, this dude finally bloomed and it turned out to be a Connecticut. I might give away the periwinkle no-id because this kinda-sorta covers that color. I think it's really cute!!

I know, these are pretty basic types but I'm like Rosie; I think they're all awesome.

Oh man,,,,stick with us and you won't have time for a crisis unless it deals with violets! lol Halloween and fall are my favorite time of the year. T-day was nice.

Ohhh and I love that one you call Connecticut! That is a lovely lavender color! Please save me a leaf for spring trade! Rosie

Hi All, I think everyone was doing Thanksgiving and that is why it was quiet, Thanksgiving here in Canada came and went in October about the same time as Columbus Day, Glad to see more activity here.

Thank you thank you! I'm really happy with how they all turned out. The Monet is probably the most perfectly shaped baby that's ever happened.

Yes yes... definitely never time for a crisis if you're on here enough. I'm glad y'all are doing well. I think what they say about beneficial microbes in soil really must be true. I swear my mood lifts after any repotting session.

oooh, I've never done the spring trade thingy before! How do I do?

I'll make sure to grow some extra leaves on her! it's just an Optimara, but isn't it such a lovely color? It becomes gradient on some petals and looks like a fairy plant.

My camera always makes things a little bluer but tahdahh!!
