Is the 6-lt too large for my dining room

I am considering the Kirkland 6-lt fixture for a dining room that is 13.5ft x 12ft and my dining room table is usually kept at 6.5ft long, and is 45 inches wide.
Will this fixture overwhelm the space? I have read that this fixture is for over an island, pool table and etc. There is a 5 light version of this fixture, that says is is 24 inches wide, but I can't tell from the photos if it is round or oval.
