My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Best problem I've had!

A student just dropped by and dropped off a huge carton of Satsuma Owari mandarins.

I am literally running out of bowls! These are pictures after I sorted the almost over-ripe from the will keep a few days bowls. I immediately thought of the friends I've made on this forum and how I wish I could share some with you all!

Soooo, what do I do with them? Friends have been alerted to come over and help themselves, but any recipes i must try?
