Why does it say slab only then list various other items?

I love these doors. However you say slab only and list all these other included items with purchase:

Pre Hung Unit Included:
Door Slab
Mathing Finish Frame And Casing
Concealed Hinges Set
Magnetic Lock And Lever
Pre-Drilled For Assembly
Palladio 4H Pocket Interior Door Collection combines sleek modern design and strong, durable construction. We carefully select high quality materials to produce our doors with minimal environmental impact.

What does it come with exactly?

Can we use American door handles, specifically kwikset brand?

Hello!

This is price ($177.44) for door slab only.

Door slab has no holes for handles, but we can make this holes optionally for you.

Also you can use american handles.

Best Regards.

I'm sorry but it's still not clear, you mention the following as well in the description:

Mathing Finish Frame And Casing - is that included? is it the same as pictured?

Concealed Hinges Set - is that included? Do you have a photo?

Magnetic Lock And Lever - is that same handle shown in the picture?

Pre-Drilled For Assembly - you just emailed me saying that it's not pre-drilled. What is pre-drilled exactly?

I potentially need to order 9 of these and would like to avoid any trouble before purchasing. Also is free shipping included? We live in Santa Clarita, CA

Please follow up as soon as possible.

Thank you for your time

Good morning,

I'd like to follow up on your recent inquiry.

On HOUZZ website different options available. If you choose "Door Slab only" configuration, then you are going to receive just the door slab with no frames/moldings and hardware.

If you choose a pre-hung unit. The order will come to you knock down pre-hung (ready to be assembled). The door will have cutouts for hinges and lock.

The basic configuration consists of:

- Door Slan

- Frames and moldings

- Concealed Hinges

- Passage Lock

- Ethno Handle

Unfortunately, we don't have free shipping.

Best regards,

Lena
