Pick whatever lamps/light fixtures you want and put CFL (compact fluorescent lamp) bulbs in them. They are the spiral-shaped ones. Pick 6400k or 6500k color temperature, and get bulbs that are at least 23 watts (a 23 watt CFL bulb may also be labeled as a "100 watt equivalent" bulb).

CFLs will grow plants. Try to keep the bulbs no more than 4 or 6 inches from the plants - and realize that a large plant like a fiddle leaf fig may require several light bulbs pointed at it, not just one.

If you choose plants that don't need direct light, you won't need all those grow lights. Many houseplants are native to rainforest floors without much light. My plant table faces north with a forest outside, and my plants are beautiful. Read the tags for plants that require no sunlight. I even have a few that are on the floor far from the window.
