Hi Marilyn,

The Almond Portfolio sample is engineered hardwood on character grade European Oak. We are a custom hardwood flooring company and can create that color for you on either engineered or solid material. We let our clients fully customize the specs of material. Our clients start off by choosing the finish color, grade of material(Character or Prime), width(5.5"-18"), thickness(for engineered 1/2", 5/8" or 3/4") and have a selection of different lengths available.
