That looks like mechanical damage, scabbing over.

Thanks but then I don’t know what’s causing the stippling appearance as well. I’m not sure how mechanical damage would happen in the middle of the leaves. I really appreciate your help:-)

Do you have a pet who would scratch it?

Mechanical damage could happen anywhere. Leaf could be squished between pots...pets or other critters could be scratching or even chewing...another plant could have been pressing against the leaf...if outside, there could have been branches falling on it from wind blowing...

I see that you have cachepot - do you empty it after watering?

Hi Susan - I do have 2 dogs but this plant is in a portable greenhouse that they can’t get to. So I’m kinda stumped.

Thanks Rina. I only keep it in the cache pot after watering to keep it from tipping over lol

This is a photo of a healthy leaf on the same plant. This is how dark the leaves should be not like the other two.

It could be that some random insect did some munching up the leaf surface and then disappeared. Just remove the leaf and don't worry about it. That's plant life.
