If you have one plant per soda bottle, I would do either. If you have more than one plant per bottle, I would separate them now into one pot per plant. I would plant the potted plants in the Spring, about two weeks after your average date of last frost. Once the roots are sturdy to keep the plant upright, you can move the cuttings to a pot. Then pay more attention to soil moisture and to room humidity in the room where they are (not as big deal while in the bottle but more of a big deal when they are outside of the bottle in a house).
