Looking good, there should be about 5 or 6 more blooms in there....are there?

Donna to me it looks like there is only one other bloom on this stalk - but will see tomorrow when it opens more fully!

It’s strange the first bloom seems kind of “stuck “ now in the same half open position - however there are indeed atleast 4-5 other buds on this stalk - they are slowly coming out .....

Don't be afraid to gently pull the sepals apart to gently expose the individual flowers if you feel that they are stuck which sometimes on a new bud will happen. Sometimes we feel the process is taking too long and the desire to peek is just too much!!! :-)) Generally we all just let nature take its course but sometimes we feel a helping hand is needed to expose the individual flowers..

The strangest thing Donna - they are still growing so I’d not dare to pull anything apart yet lol. Given how slowly all the other bulbs are to growing , this might be my only bloom for a while!

I couldn't agree more, she's has very beautiful classic white blooms.

That is beautiful Sunflowers! And now that a couple of my bulbs have bloomed, I am finding it is easier to wait for the wow!

I like the conspicuously frilly edges of their floral Segments. Thank you for sharing! And, as regards "Evergreen" I just detected the tip of a scape poking out on my one bulb I have thereof - I purchased it at the famous "Keukenhof" in Lisse / The Netherlands, in 2015.
