Our dining room is 12.25 X 14.25. The table with the leaf is 80 inches round, (without leaf it is 56 inches round), the buffet, at the widest point is 22 inches X 80 inches. The ceilings are 9 feet.

Have tried the table without the leaf, but it looks too small - is the table with the leaf too big for this room? Or should we get rid of the buffet? Also, opinions on wallpaper please. Window coverings? Remove the shutters? Rug? And, if we keep the big table, what size chandelier? The online calculators say it should be at least 40 to 60 inches wide over a table this size, but is that too big for a 12X24 room??
