what size mattress do we need for this bed please?

Ie what would the depth be? and is standard twin ok?

Please note that we recommend for our Camaflexi beds a standard twin size mattress (i.e. +/- 39”x 75"") not exceed over 9".

NOTE: Please note that recommend for our Camaflexi twin bunk beds a standard size mattress not exceed over 9". All Low & high loft beds are designed with a usable space from top of slat foundation to highest part of beds guard rails is approx. 16", which allows up to our recommended mattress thickness not to exceed 9", which leaves about 7 inches from top of mattress (if it were 9:thick) to top of guard rail. FYI, both CPSC and ASTM norms recommend at least a 5 inch space from mattress surface to top of guard rail for safety for any Loft or Bunk Bed. Camaflexi clearly exceeds that.
