You could try asking on the Shrubs Forum which is much livelier than this one. People will also need to know where you are situated geographically to suggest suppliers. On the other hand Forsythia is one of the simplest shrubs to grow from cuttings. In my climate you could get a few plants, chop the branches into foot long lengths and simply stick them in the ground to make a hedge.
