So many questions ? I like semitry in a kitchen design, however if there isn’t a lot of other counter space I would definitely do a range. The industrial looking range is hot now.

Let me also mention that the other counter is 12 feet long with a 30" sink, plus 4 foot returns on each end (one is a breakfast bar).

But counter space is much more useful than double ovens. Wall ovens, especially double ones, only add something to a kitchen if there's room for them. This kitchen doesn't seem like it benefits from having them. Get a free-standing range, gain more counter space, and it will be great.

For a flip, a freestanding range is cheaper than a cooktop/double oven.

Range. No wall oven. Counterspace is way more important than fads. And wall ovens cost way more than ranges.

Galley kitchen? You need to do a range.

I'd put a double oven range in there like this:
