Love the layout and the way its finished. Was this a new build or a reno? If it is a reno what was the cost of this reno? Also do you have any pics of what it looked like before?

Thanks for the compliment! This was one of our most favorite projects, a renovation and addition to the original 1950s home. We will review our files for total cost and "before" pictures from the owner and get back to you soon.
