Love the floors in this unit!

I also live in Miami Beach, and I want similar floors for my condo. It is similar size as far as square footage. I thought I would have to get tiles with something underneath it. Is a noise barrier required? I cannot deal with carpet and I have buckled tiles that were installed before I purchased, so this flooring solution is especially appealing.
