So my husband just got home, took one look at the sample of Beacon Gray and hated it. He thought it looked purple! Ahhhhh! Painters are coming and I need to make a decision. What would be a nice light blue for a 6 year old boys room that goes with the above bedding?

Have you thought of maybe making a chalkboard wall and doing the rest simply in white?

Give the young lad something fun, plus keep things neutral for mom and dad..

I love that idea, and even thought about doing navy and white stripes on an accent wall (his big brother has a solid navy accent wall) but my husband doesn’t want the chalk mess in his room. Instead, when the painters come we are going to put up a chalkboard wall in the laundry room for the kids. I like your ideas though!!!
