I've recently purchased some variegated monstera plants, that have been grown via tissue culture. I'm just after any tips to make sure they grow and are healthy!!
Currently they're in small terracotta pots with john innes no1 (cutting compost). They're in an east facing window. I've only had them a few days and they spent about 3 days in transit (not ideal as it's winter here!) Some of the existing leaves are dying and I'm just wondering if it's anything to worry about.
I've also just ordered a heated propagator to pop them in, is this a good idea?

Plant 2 on the day I got it

Plant 3 day I got it

Plant 3 is the concern for me, but it also has the largest new growth! I watered when I potted them but haven't since (4 days ago)
All tips and advice welcome!
