Violet is wilting! heeeeeeeelp

I need help, I have a little Violet, that has had 2 leaves wilt, i cut them off, it has roots, and baby leaves but they also seem to be losing structure and don't seem so dense as they usually are!!! I took it out of the soil, and don't know what to do! It has roots. right now im letting it air out and dry, i wasn't watering it too much i think, its neighbor window sill violets are doing great. pics attached, also leaf wilted and clipped today in it.
