Just shopping for LVP myself and the guy at the store said some brands like Armstrong say just a bit of ammonia in water. But I have mostly read any pH neutral cleaner, and have read that a few drops of dish soap is best and all that is required usually.

As above. Damp mopping and sweeping are the norm. Then a few times per month you can use a pH neutral floor cleaner specifically stated "For use with LVT/LVP".

Never use steam! Never use "polish" or a thing that says "rejuvenates the look of your flooring" or "brings back the shine". These are polishes in disguise and will give you problems very, very quickly.

No, do not use hardwood cleaner on LVP. Couple drops of Dawn and warm water are all you need. Damp mop, rung out and barely wet.
