I bought a Hoya vine off eBay and received it today. It had roots with soil attached to it with only a dry paper towel around it. The vine was dehydrated and the roots were dry, totally dry. Is there anything I can do to save this?. It’s a Noid about 6 inches with two sets of leaves.
