I️ own an antique hall tree
The front entrance to our house is through a vestibule- which I️ expanded the doorway to allow better flow - that really has worked well and we are in the process of putting a wall paper in the vestibule

Once walking though the vestibule the staircase to the second floor is on the left and on the right is an entrance to a small powder room and another door way which enters into a closet and also entrance to the attached garage.
Ahead of you is a wide entrance to living room
The hall does turn to the left and stairs are on the left with railing and banister and small area of soli wall - it is there that I️ wanted to place the hall tree. If I️ do that part of the piece protrudes past the solid wall and into the visual area of the railing.

I️ have semi open concept living /dinning/ den and curved sunroom- there is another place to put it but I️ wanted a piece in the hallway to put Keys etc
