My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Soffit grates.

I am curious about the use off the band grating wrapping around the soffit. It is an interesting design element - do I assume correctly that some of it is actually part of the HVAC system, and the rest is just a design distraction so that the vents are not obvious?
