cheaper/easier fix might just be a cream coloured silicone vs removing the grout and re-doing just to change colour

I would change the grout color or put a nice kitchen aid mixer in the corner and you'll never see it :)

I would paint horizontal lines where the grout is and where it's on the tile, leave it white. In both cases at the moment it looks odd.

Inside corners on bevel subway tile need to be mitered at 45 degrees to make the gap go away.
