recessed lighting to pendant lighting

Wev have a very large entertainment building that has recessed lighting in a vaulted ceiling. the pool table placement does not alow for a direct conversion kit to be used. I have to lights that are about 2 feet away from the table, and about 12 to 14 ft above the table. Looking for solution.

Most 'recessed to pendant conversion kits' should allow you to use a variety of cable-hung pendants. As such, you can then 'swag' to relocate the drop point to get pendants hanging directly overhead. You can use Plumen's Ceiling Hook or similar to secure the placement.
